You are responsible for providing accurate User ID and Zone ID. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed transactions. Refunds for user error are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment is required before processing. Delivery typically occurs within 1-15 minutes after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud.
